Important Information
The prices listed in the itinerary column below cover every in country expense, from pick up to drop off at the Belize airport. Each participant/group is responsible for any additional costs associated with travel (AIR FARE, PASSPORTS, ETC...) Each participant is free to bring additional $$$ for personal snacks and souvenirs. PLEASE NOTE: any person 18 years or younger, traveling without BOTH parents, must complete the official parental consent form, AS REQUIRED BY THE BELIZIAN GOVERNMENT (CLICK HERE to download the appropriate form).
Airfare & Passport Details
Arrival Flight: book the earliest flight in available on the day of your arrival.
Departure Flight: book your flight out after 1:30 pm on the day of your departure.
Passport: Make sure you are able to secure your passport 3 weeks prior to your travel and that it does not expire prior to you returning home.
Payment Schedule
$100 deposit: due on the day of your registration.
$400 second payment: due 2 months prior to arrival in country.
$350 final payment: due 1 months prior to arrival in country.

Packing Instructions
- 1 suit case and 1 small carry on (that can sit in your lap) per person
- clothes can be washed and dried on site
Clothing: Athletic shorts (7 in inseam) and t shirts work best. No tank tops or half shirts. Jeans are fine, but keep in mind that it is hot and humid in Belize. Swimsuit (modest). Closed toed tennis shoes. Flip flops or slides are also recommended.
Bedding: Two twin sheets (one to lay on and one to cover up with). Pillowcase. If you are VERY cold natured, you might want a very light blanket.
Toiletries: Towel. Soap. Shampoo. Deodorant. Toothbrush. Toothpaste. Etc...
Miscellaneous: Bible. Spending $$$ for snacks and souvenirs. Mosquito spray. Sunscreen.
The itineraries listed below are in order by dates. If you see an itinerary with BCM, it is available for individuals to register. If you see an itinerary with a group name, it is a custom trip and closed to individuals.
